Fake drawer fronts are used to keep the patterned look consistent throughout a set of cabinetry. This is usually in places like in front of the kitchen sink or bathroom sink, where no actual drawers can be installed and to hide the sink basins. These panels can also be part of other types of cabinet doors, like trash drawers, to keep the uniform motif.
