A 1/4″ thick panel that covers the exposed wood at the bottom of the cabinet. The toe kick creates a continuous finished look to the group of base cabinets. The toe kick piece is attached to the bottom of the cabinets with a nail gun. Toe kick molding is usually available in 96″ to cover a long row of unfinished base cabinets.
